Udo Lindenberg – Potsdam, Value Unknown

He was the first German rock star to write his own lyrics in German for his songs in the 1970s. Udo Lindenberg once shared a hippie commune in Hamburg with Marius Müller-Westernhagen and Otto Waalkes. However, since the 1980s, he has resided in a luxury suite at the 5-star Hotel “Atlantic” in Hamburg, complete with room service. Hotel guests sometimes encounter the “Special Train to Pankow” star at the bar in the evenings, sipping on tonic water, as Udo has been sober for many years. In addition to the suite he rents year-round, the iconic rocker has also owned a spacious condominium at Potsdamer Platz for ten years. However, it serves as “a kind of party penthouse for colleagues and friends.” He himself rarely stays there.
