Guido Kretschmer – Mallorca, €1.7 Million
Fashion designer Guido Maria Kretschmer and his husband Frank have now sold their dream villa in Mallorca. The couple spent 22 years in their 9-room residence near the capital Palma before they made the difficult decision to sell the house with a pool. The “Shopping Queen” host lovingly decorated the 300 sqm house with luxurious details in a Provençal style. The bedroom, laid with natural stone tiles, features a large canopy bed with custom-made pillows embroidered with his initials. The villa offers an impressive view over the wide bay of Palma. Kretschmer has since relocated his main residence back to Hamburg.
