The neighbors in the upscale Tegernsee Valley had mixed feelings about the new celebrity homeowner: Manuel Neuer’s luxury villa, valued at ten million euros, required extensive construction and was something of an eyesore to some locals. Now, however, the house is complete and offers not only a private pool but also a garage with space for eight cars, as well as a stunning view.
His girlfriend Anika Bissel gets to enjoy it with him. Allegedly, the couple acquired a second residence in the fall and moved into a 157-square-meter apartment in Munich’s Lehel district.
