Whenever Bavarian Minister-President Markus Söder (allegedly) moves, everyone wants a photo of the new residence first. Thus, the residents of a small town called Rückersdorf were besieged by photographers and onlookers eager to catch a glimpse of Söder’s new home. Only, he has no intention of relocating. It’s all rumors!
Instead, the politician lives happily and relatively reclusively with his family in Nuremberg. He was born there, and his love for his hometown seems quite strong. Söder has never disclosed what he paid for his villa, and there are no home stories for interior design magazines.
