When their former shared estate on Malibu Beach was consumed by a fire inferno, her ex-husband simply gifted Thea a new home right in the chic downtown of Malibu. The price of the 1,000-square-meter house was reportedly a bargain, as it was on the market for nearly 12 million euros. In addition to a pool with a pool house, Thea’s villa boasts a 6,000-square-meter garden, which includes a guest house and a garage for three cars.
