Bo Derek started receiving acting work in the ‘70s thanks to her first husband, director John Derek. Her debut role was in “Fantasies,” but she only got famous after starring in 1979’s “10.” She continued working with her husband in films like “Tarzan, the Ape Man” and “Ghosts Can’t Do It.”

She remained married to him until he passed away in 1998. Derek still accepts occasional roles, but she considers herself semi-retired. In 2020, she had a beautiful wedding with actor John Corbett. The lovely couple has been in a romantic relationship since 2002.
